We are so happy that you are looking to schedule an appointment with us. Most people get full coverage through a couple of different ways.

Directions for booking an appointment:

1. Choose a location: home, office or tele-health. Home visits may incur extra fees. Please read carefully when booking.
2. Choose your coverage: Aetna, The Lactation Network or Self-Pay. If you have an insurance plan other than Aetna, you may get full coverage through The Lactation Network but you need to fill out a simple form so they can check your eligibility. 
3. Choose appointment type. If you are booking with a new baby it needs to be an "Initial" consult.

Of Note:

Home Consults: 

* The appointment start time you choose may need to be adjusted to account for travel time. We will contact you if that is the case.

* If you have coverage through Aetna or The Lactation Network and chose a home consult, there will be a home concierge fee and possibly a travel fee, depending on distance from office. 

*Insurance Coverage: We are in-network with Aetna only. You are responsible for checking your eligibility ahead of time because there are some plans that we are not in-network with. For more information on insurance coverage, please go to: https://www.forresterlactation.com/fees-and-insura...

If you are not able to find a suitable time, please text or call us at 860-255-8583 so that we can see if there is an alternate available time slot not visible on your end. We will try our best to fit you in as soon as possible.
